Did you know there’s a place at SGH where you can recycle or upcycle your unwanted stuff?

It’s right by the linkway near the Bicentennial Garden.

Take a selfie there and upload it to the JustRunLah! app.

Scan the QR code, and watch the video created by our Physiotherapy Department.

We need you to record a quick 5-10 second video of yourself or your team doing one of the exercises and then upload it to the app. Thanks!

How do I submit my selfie?
Step 1:
Take a selfie of you (and your team members) completing the task at this checkpoint.

Step 2:
Upload your photo via the link of your confirmation email or the ‘Submit Selfie’ tab on the event website.

Please have your registration ID available and fill in the details accordingly.

For ease of uploading, please access via the link from your confirmation email.

Step 3:
Once submitted, you will receive a notification email. You can then repeat step 1 again for your next activity and submission.

*Do note that any irrelevant or inaccurate submissions will be removed at the discretion of the organizers.
