You can complete the JustMove Asia challenges by running, walking or strolling at your own pace and time, as long as you cover the minimum distance required and your route is within the predetermined location of each challenge.

Feel free to use any GPS-enabled tracking app to log your run, but please note that the screenshot you upload must show the following:

  • Total distance of the run
  • Time (or pace) of the run
  • Route followed, that is within the predetermined area of the challenge
  • Date and time that the run was completed

You can build your own route and decide your start and end points, as long as they are within the highlighted perimeter below.

What is a Virtual Challenge?

A virtual challenge is a race that you can complete at your own pace and time.

All you have to do is register for a race and provide evidence that you have done it. The evidence can be a screenshot of your running/fitness app, a photo of the machine screen etc. Do check out specific instructions of the event you join for more information.
